WinCue is software for licensed real estate agents. It is not a brokerage and does not sell leads.

When a homeowner requests a private pricing analysis through a WinCue Link, we store the answers they submit, their contact details, the silent campaign source on the link, consent text, consent time, and technical metadata such as IP address and browser when available. That record belongs to the agent whose WinCue Link was used. It is not sold as a shared lead.

Agents see those records as a Lead Brief in WinCue Dashboard. If email notifications are configured, we send the agent a new-lead notice and the homeowner a confirmation that the request was received. We do not use submitted answers to publish a home value, CMA, AVM, instant estimate, or pricing analysis. Any pricing opinion is prepared by the displayed licensed agent.
