WinCue is software for licensed real estate agents. It is not a brokerage, does not represent buyers or sellers, and does not sell leads. WinCue does not generate an appraisal, CMA, AVM, instant estimate, or pricing analysis. A homeowner who uses an agent’s WinCue Link is requesting a private pricing analysis from the licensed agent displayed on that link. Any pricing opinion is prepared by that agent, not by WinCue.

Founding Agent is $49 per month for one personalized WinCue Link, unlimited homeowner submissions, WinCue Dashboard access, call-ready Lead Briefs, notifications, and CSV export. Until card billing is connected, applications may be marked pending payment and invoiced by hand. Completing the application does not charge a card.

Agents are responsible for brokerage advertising approval, license compliance, and how they follow up with homeowners. A lead captured through an agent’s WinCue Link belongs to that agent. WinCue does not sell that lead or resell it to multiple agents.

WinCue Dashboard is a seller-lead inbox, not a brokerage platform. Agents may cancel anytime and stop new submissions on their WinCue Link.
